Job Summary:

4. User Training:

   • Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.

5. Documentation:

   • Create comprehensive functional specifications and documentation.
   • Document client requirements, solution designs, and configuration changes.

6. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with technical teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

7. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate Salesforce configurations and customizations.

8. Client Support:

   • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.

9. Stay Current:

   • Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends.
   • Share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience (for Senior Consultant):

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or related roles.
• Successful track record of leading Salesforce implementation projects.
