Requirements for Managing General API (API-U)

1. The company must have clear legal status in Indonesia.
2. Fulfill the provisions regarding foreign capital ownership in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Registered with the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia or related agencies.
4. Have complete company documents, such as deed of establishment, company NPWP, and others in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. The company must have a clear and verifiable business address.

Requirements for Managing Producer API (API-P)
API-P is an Import Identification Number given to local companies in Indonesia who wish to import for production purposes. The conditions required when administering API-P for local companies are also identical to the requirements for administering API-U above.
